Hi,
I am currently living with my partner and have no outgoing rent/mortgage.
I am however keen to get on the housing ladder for security just in case/as an investment for the future. I am a subcontractor to a single company (technically self employed) and have an income of approx 36k with a deposit of 60k. I would be keen for a buy to let mortgage on a property in the range of 150-200k - would this be possible with my circumstances?

As above, there will be options but very limited.
I do think you will probably need a broker for this though.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
