Have to pay £4500 in fees next week to our SOL. Sat down today and worked out all the things that we will be paying for in the new house and moving cost. It's going to be one expensive month. Had help feeling happy and sad at the same time as I was our savings deplete.

Back from camping today and realised all the bits that were missing. I didn't have a very frugal weekend as I had to end up getting extra supplies for our trip. However they'll come in handy when we go camping next month. I must admit that it was nice to get away for a bit, but I do feel a bit tired.

A lot ahead this weekend with expenses and the unexpected spend this weekend doesn't help. I will be making a budget for all additional out goings, so that I can factor them in. I also need to plan ahead for the work being done this month.

It's only Tuesday and I'm already having one of those weeks... Is it Friday yet?!

It's been one expensive month so far. I need to give notice to Sky. I'm not in contract so I was thinking of getting my husband to start a new contract after we've moved. I've checked and new subscriptions have such better offers, I'm just not certain if it's more hassle than moving services to new home. I need to check if there's an installation cost for new subscriptions.

I've got Virgin Media fibre optic broadband and land line, they have informed me that although I have two months left in contract, I only need to kee one service when I move.

It has been an expensive week for us. We have had to part ways with over 4.5k to SOL for house purchase. I also have my car tax due next week and moving cost in approx 2-3 weeks. I need a good budget app so I can outline all my planned outgoings.

It's been such a busy and expensive week. We've finally exchanged contracts and completion next week. Have a list of things to pay for which include

    Mail redirection
    Carpets
    Fireplace
    Plastering
    Painting and decorating
    Movers

It would be good when we've finally moved and settled and I can concentrate on my outgoings.

I am now two days away from getting the to our new house. I feel so nervous and can't seem to relax. The thought of all the spending we would be doing in the next week isn't worrying me as much. Just can't wait to get it all out the way so I can start saving.

I have just discovered the Money advise service, budget planner. Think it is brilliant and details all the information I needed. Only thing missing was a section for savings but it was quite easy to amend and add this in. I now have an idea of what my new outgoings will look like.

The day of completion is here, so next week will be an expensive one. I have used the budget to plan ahead and I'm hoping there's no surprises.
