I am sorry this is a bit off topic. But this is the only online forum delicated to online shopping that i know of. And there isn't a section that fit this in.
On their help section they state first class. Do they use Royal Mail?
And something on topic........ any discount code. :P

Yep Royal mail for most stuff.
Parcelforce for larger/heavier items.
No codes I'm afraid, they are very rare (every 6 months or so). There was a recent £5 newspaper offer but that's expired now.0 -
I had a large books order delivered from Play.com by DHL.0

I have only ever ordered DVDs from them and they come individually packed through Royal Mail (even if they were ordered together).0

I use play.com for xmas present ordering and they always send the items individually. AFAIK it's to get round the customs regulations, each parcel has to be worth less than £18 to avoid tax (that's my understanding anyway).
I find that individual packaging means that CDs and DVDs fit through the letter box which is much more convenient than having to sign for a parcel or trek to some depot to collect it.0 -
they sent my tiem but it got lost in the post. So calleld them and they send me an replacement which i now have good service from them0

Normally all orders are split up and sent individually but my book order arrived with all the books in the one package from DHL.0
