Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering the promotion you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The jackpot prize package includes:

- Italian Intermezzo – 8 Days Premium Tour for 2 people including flights & taxes, welcome & celebration dinner, included excursions, VIP entrances to sites. Prize is for 2 people on an Insight Vacations Italian intermezzo tour. Flights will be covered by Insight Vacations.

Prize restrictions for the Italian Intermezzo trip:

i. Prizes are strictly subject to availability and winner must travel on mutually agreeable dates in 2015.

Restrictions may apply on the chosen departure date. Other restrictions and blackout dates, including, but not limited to, Public Holidays and Peak seasons, may apply.

ii. Grand Prizes are not transferable, and cannot be extended, substituted or exchanged in part or full, or taken with any sister companies. Grand Prizes cannot be rescheduled once booked. Winners may not change the tour option associated with their Prize.

iii. Flights are covered by Insight Vacations.

iv. Ground transportation, port and other taxes, meals, beverages, gratuities, optional excursions, personal expenses, travel insurance, pre or post night accommodation and all other incidental expenses incurred on the trip that are not specifically provided for herein, and any costs associated with any changes requested by winner after any prize component has been booked are solely the responsibility of the winner to pay. It is the winners’ responsibility and cost to obtain the necessary documents for travel, such as passport and visas.

v. The Promoter will not be responsible if the winner is refused entry to any destination and any unused portion of the Prizes will be forfeited. The Promoter will also not be responsible for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events or travel after ticketing for any reason beyond its control. All other terms & conditions of travel are as per the Insight Vacations 2015 brochure.

Prize draw will take place on Friday June 12th, 2015. The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified by email within 7 days of the prize draw.
GrabOne Ltd may in its sole discretion disqualify any entrant who it believes has attempted to or has subverted the registration and entry process.

Entry is open only to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents over the age of 18.

Additional costs including and not limited to travel, additional food, drinks, services or goods purchased and other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner. No parts of the prize package may be substituted, transferred or on-sold.

The Promoter and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries nor for any problems with any computer network, lines, servers, Internet providers or traffic congestion on any computer network, including any injury or damage to a participant or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, entrants agree that their name, town/suburb and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sustained (directly or indirectly) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winners in connection with entering this competition or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
