Exactly, I do cross training, I've lost inches in some places, gained it in others through muscle. I'm leaner and deff stronger / fitter than I was before I started but I have gained about a stone in weight because of the muscle density.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I eat 1250 cals a day, wlk 12, 000 steps, do 200 cals on cross trainer. With my weight and height I expend the calories to lose 2.5lb a week, in theory. I couldn't reduce intake any more than that nor would I want to.
I'm finding it really easy now for the first time in my life, I think that's because I understand weight loss more.Never again will the wolf get so close to my door :eek:0 -
