Buy to let mortgage

After having a consent to let now expired, I need a buy to let mortgage.

Can anyone recommend any lenders, are there any who deal direct? Is L&c the best broker, as mse recommend them?

There are a few things I require that will eliminate some lenders:

- lease under 70 years
- my income under 25k
- this being my only property

Thanks for any recommendations

You will struggle with those 3 criteria.

I would go with a local broker rather than L&C.

Could be worth searching for threads on here looking for BTL with no other property.

You are not going to have your pick of lenders and should be expecting to pay a broker.
