Have had a card through the door today from Beatties Freight of Crumlin.

Anyone know anything about them?

Their website asks you for a full name, postcode and consignment number, but they dont put the name on the card - handy when theres 5 adults live in our house, and two different surnames.

Dont know who the parcel is for because my wife has ordered stuff, i've ordered stuff and my son has ordered stuff.

Tried tracking the package on their website and it times out when you enter the consignment number.

The website says they will redeliver monday to friday but doesnt mention what hours, if any, their office opens if i have to go and pick it up.

Not only that, but if i do have to go and pick it up, its a 60 mile round trip.

Really !!!!ing irrating to be frank.

They deliver parcels here for the English APC couriers so you could try the tracking number on their website.

I have used this company many times, I have found them to be very helpfull and courteous, they are open from 6am to 7pm Mon to Fri for collection but their phone system closes at 6.30pm. You can also send them an email and they will rearrange delivery.

I should have come back and updated.

I got through to them the following day, and they sent it out on the next van going. They were able to tell me it was going to be delivered before lunch which was useful too.

Seemed decent enough, but certainly initial impressions werent good.
