Online Estate Agents vs Traditional Estate Agents

Hey all.
I'm new to this forum and was looking for some advice. I am planning on selling my apartment and I've been looking at both online estate agents and the more traditional estate agents. Considering estate agents don't even come out to show potential buyers around would I be better going with an online estate agent where there is no final fee. The online ES still advertise on P.Pal and P.News.
Look forward to your replies

    +1

I dont think the market here is as mature as it is on the mainland RE: online estate agents.

People still seem to ring / check with the local agent.

I've just sold my house. Of 25 or so viewings, i did one and the agent did the rest. Surely its a big part of what you're paying for?

Personally, I wanted an agent who knew the area and had a big presence in it. It certainly worked for me...house sold in under 3 weeks at well above asking price.
