Missing contributions

Hi, my wife has a contract of employment that states she will automatically be enrolled into her company's pension scheme after 2 yrs. She's been there 6 yrs and wasn't enrolled. When she asked about this (1yr ago) she was told that they would not backdate any missing contributions from the 2 yr point. She has still never been enrolled and is now leaving the company. Does she have any right to claim anything back from her employer? Thanks

Well I suppose she can take them to tribunal?
But WHY was the pension not paid after she brought it to their attention? Did they refuse? Forget? Why didn't she chase them up?
I suppose she could say she had to leave as they were denying her, so a constructive dismissal?
You need to contact an employment lawyer0
