Just come back from holiday and there is a full bag of Aldi brioche rolls my son didnt get round to eating, bbd today, it says on the bag not suitable for freezing, but I cant think why unless it alters the texture. Anyone frozen these before?

I'm so glad someone has asked this question, I love Aldi's brioche burger buns but they're hit and miss whether they're in. Good to know they freeze because I wasn't sure. Thanx Taurusgb and thecake =)

I have also frozen some before. They are fine once defrosted - couldn't tell they had been frozen once at all :)

I sometimes find that upon defrosting, they benefit from a sprinkle of water and a quick blast in a warm oven (maybe 5 minutes) - then they have that just baked taste/texture I'f I'm really pushed for time, 10 seconds in a microwave does a similar job ;)
