As solars significantly increase your epc band( in my case from C to
according to that house value in my area( North West) should increase by 6%(27% on A/B band, 21% on C band).. am I correct? And as it is goverment research you can use it as an evidence:) 0 -
I see the banks taking about as much notice of that as they do about ethics and morals.
But as it's a bank, they don't care about anything else, evidence or not.
