    I agree with this, although some of the responses above show that not all share the same view.

    The major challenge facing us (and most other UK employers) is recruiting and retaining good people, because supply is very limited and demand very high.

    OK, so the pension NI kick back is a minor part of this, particularly for our younger recruits, but it's all part of showing staff that they are valued.
    I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

    Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.
