All those beany/lentillily dishes seem to freeze fine. And go in the microwave ok. I would add stuff like spinach fresh.
Dishes like macaroni cheese are liked by many children.....pancakes with chicken and a mushroom sauce...you have just the mushrooms etc0 -

Check out https://www.agirlcalledjack.com - most recipes are vegetarian and several are vegan.
Most of the recipes are really nice and can be enjoyed by meat eaters as well as vegan/vegetarian.

What about having 2 slow cookers? Make it obvious which one isn't the Vegan one if you don't want them to eat your food by accident and leave you with stuff you can't eat!0

I am going with the batch cooking idea i think, as its nice and easy.
Also, the 'having meat on the side' idea. With things like risotto, i can make the risotto with the veggies in, then fry some chorizo/chicken and add it to the kids bowls and just leave mine with the veg.
Thanks
