Where to buy Knee high boots

Hey everyone,

I'm having a real issue finding knee high boots as I'm quite specific about the requirements.

Any ideas where I can find:

Black coloured
Knee high boots
Leather
High heeled - pointed, not blocky
Which fit close to to the leg - i.e. not over the trouser style

Not too expensive either, maybe under £100 would be good.

I've seen a few close matches but looked at loads of sites now and just can't see any that I like.

I asked the size because I saw a film Kinky Boots which was about a company that specialised in making this type of boot for men. At size four I presume you're not in this category.
