Strange email from Sainsburys

I've received a seemingly random and strange email from Sainsburys customer services and was wondering if anybody else had the same email:

Subject - Thanks for bearing with us

I hope you are well. I just wanted to drop you a line, to say thanks for bearing with us whilst we had some challenges in store recently. You may have seen the coverage in the news and the press about a fire at one of our depots recently. We worked really hard to get things back on track as quickly as we could, but I recognise you may not have been able to buy everything you wanted to recently.

I am really pleased to tell you that things are now back to normal.

As a thank you for your patience I've added £5 in nectar points on to your card, which I hope you will enjoy using when you next pop in to the store.
