A bad day for me, glad my statement date was just a couple days ago so at least I have till early October to find the money but:

£25 Story Telecom SIM to save costs on roaming whilst abroad.
£35 router so I have internet access whilst abroad
£10 laptop surge protector to avoid a possibly massive repair bill whilst abroad.

Already spent £103 paying off July's CC bill, I was late because whereas I started to make the payment on time a couple weeks back, I forgot to click confirm to actually send it. So £1.86 in interest.

On a plus note, my Ciao.co.uk balance was £17 which was more than I expected. Haven't been able to put time towards doing the surveys so it could've been more, but oh well.

Spending the morning ebaying and cleaning house, this afternoon I will deserve a couple of hours in the garden with a book, unless kids get bored then the beach will beckon have a teaspoon of petrol and they have more hard cash than me for ice creams !

  • Not planning on spending anything more than 30p (i think) on a stamp to post my OU registration forms off. Annoyed because I had some stamps here and now that I actually need to use one, they have vanished off the face of the earth.

Boring day for me doing housework and sorting out my budgets.

Dreaded car tax due at end of month, grrrr it always comes round so quickly.

When do we need to let PaP know about how much we've spent in her challenge this week?

Hi PaP - hope you had a good day at work.
have been out, to the country Park (Free) for a couple of hours, to enjoy the sunshine. :D:D
Haven't spent anything today, and don't intend to.
Mrs rog2 has taken charge of the budgeted spending - Tesco/Lidl - as she says she is better when she is on her own  .
Fair enough - I get a bit depressed when I see things (usually chocolate or alcohol) that I want, but can't afford.
