Hi,
After a bit of advice, probably from a mortgage broker.
We are looking to buy a property with a 10% deposit and need a loan greater than £500k
From looking at lenders acceptance criteria, I can see that most cap lending at £500k for a 90% LTV
Does anyone know those that don't?
Any advice welcome
Thanks

The brokers on here won't list lender names for you, so the usual advice would be to seek out a broker and get advice yourself.

Natwest don't cap at 90%, but they do reduce the income multiple to 4x for 500k+ loans.

The Ipswich also do a product which I've found
Originally we had had a conversation with the Skipton but looking at their underwriting criteria it appears to have changed and now caps at £500k at 90% LTV
Few conversations to have tomorrow to get things agreed!
Thanks for all the responses so far!0
