CCJ Help!!

Hi everyone
Il keep short and to the point with this one!
I was making regular payments with a DCA and they were not adjusting the balance of the debt to reflect the payments I made over a 7 month period. The debt was then passed to another DCA who then passed the debt onto a solicitors who auctioned a CCJ against me. I was pretty gobsmacked as I has been making regular payments to the debt so didn't think they could do this.
I looked into why I had been given a CCJ and it was because it looked as though I wasn't making regular payments when in fact I was. I argued the toss with the various DCA and solicitors who eventually deducted the payments I had made along with the court fees which they had also added onto the account. (Outstanding debt is £123)
They are now telling me because I hadn't put a reference number in a box they were within their right to go ahead with the CCJ. I am extremely annoyed as the court costs have been deducted but the CCJ remains on my credit file hindering me from obtaining a mortgage.
I have made a complaint to the FSA aswell as the various DCA's and solicitors.
Would you agree I am well within my right to request the CXJ be removed?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
If there was a mistake made in the amount of the CCJ, which sounds to me like what has happened, then you can apply to the court to have it removed.
County court judgments cannot be removed from credit files unless they have been discharged (within a month) or were incorrectly granted.
You need to speak to the court that granted the original judgement.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
