Fancy yourself as a bit of a chef? Davidstow are giving one lucky reader the chance to win a food masterclass with Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw.
You and a friend will travel to Nathan's London restaurant – Outlaw's at The Capital where you will learn how to create simple, flavoursome dishes using Davidstow's award-winning cheddar.
The prize includes £100 towards travel (see terms and conditions below), dinner for 2, plus one night's accommodation.
We're also giving away signed copies of Nathan Outlaw's latest cookbook, Fish Kitchen to 5 runners-up.

Terms and conditions

All entries must be submitted between 27 May and midnight on 14 July 2015.
The date of the planned masterclass will be agreed with the winner and Nathan Outlaw at a mutually acceptable time.
The prize must be used by the 15th July 2016.
Open to UK residents. 18+ only
The prize consists of:
A food masterclass with Nathan Outlaw at 'Outlaw's at The Capital' for two people. The prize includes £100 towards the cost of travel to London (this is available as Nectar points – if the winner does not have a Nectar card, the card can be obtained after the closing of the competition in order to redeem the travel costs). The prize also includes dinner for two, plus one night's accommodation. All food and drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated are excluded.
5 runners-up will receive one signed copy each of Nathan Outlaw's 'Fish Kitchen'.
Full Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales) aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Seven Publishing or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.
3. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
4. All entries must be submitted by midnight on 14 July 2015.
5. The date of the planned masterclass will be agreed with the winner and Nathan Outlaw at a mutually acceptable time.
6. The prize must be taken by 15th July 2016.
7. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
8. The winner of the masterclass will be the entrant who, in the opinion of the judges, best answers the question "I deserve to win a food masterclass with Nathan Outlaw because..." in less than 10 words, at the specified website. The winners of the cookbooks will be drawn at random during the week following the competition closure under independent supervision.
9. Please allow 28 days for delivery of physical prizes.
10. The judge's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners will be notified by telephone (preferred) OR post and so entrants will have needed to have supplied a valid contact number and postal address. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date.
12. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
13. The prizes as described are available at the date of publication. There is no alternative to the stated prizes or any cash substitute. All prizes are non-transferable.
14. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
15. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
16. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the master class prize to another entrant who, in the opinion of the judges and in accordance with these terms and conditions, is the next best entry, and/or award a cookbook prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
17. The winners' names and counties can be obtained by sending a sae to Davidstow Sainsbury's Promotion Winners, Dairy Crest Commercial Department, Claygate House, Littleworth Road, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9PN by 14 August 2015.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
19. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
