The PAYE reference for MyCSP is 948/500 but, as it’s the same one for all Civil Service pensioners, you may well need your My CSP pension reference as well.
To be fair, MyCSP took over paying my pension in September 2014 and I’ve had no problems with them.0 -

My Lloyds Bank and Civil Service pensions are now in payment for the expected amounts (phew) so thanks for all the advice.
To be fair to My CSP, they did call me a couple of times unprompted to keep me updated and the pension did come into payment when it was supposed to. Maybe I have just been fortunate or maybe the MyCSP situation is improving. I hope it is the latter?0
