Hiya
It's now 6 years since br and just had a letter from the receiver asking for information as to how we afforded to go bankrupt - essentially who gave us the money to file for bankruptcy.
Does anyone know why they might need to know this after all this time?
Obviously I would normally call them to ask but as it's Saturday I'll have to wait until Monday and it's going to play on my mind all weekend.
Many thanks in advance

Possibly someone at the IS is gathering statistics?
Why not simply drop them an email? More likely to get a response, and you don't have to wait around. No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
i hope you feel better! Good luck!0

It turns out that there was a small amount of credit left in the account and if we had borrowed money from a third party for br fees - family member etc, it could have gone to them.
Phew, nothing to worry about after all0
