What is it then? If it isn't how can a debt collection agency chase me for an outstanding debt? What rights do I have to dispute it if it's not a CCA and an agency is chasing me?0

anyone can owe a debt, debt collection agencys just have to have some kind of agreement to go off. Scan up a contract of employment, as without we are guessingDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
