Employer Support Issues

Just had a really quick word with him now speaking to him properly in an hour or so.
He has basically just told me that the PM is wrong in what she has done or tried to do and will tell me more after his meeting.
Having spoke to another colleague the PM wanted to put me back on a higher priority to in terms of queries coming through.... at the moment I am on the lowest and am still really busy.... there is a midway priority she could have requested I go on but she has instructed for me to go on the highest possible... unbelievable.
At the moment though my priority is still at the low level rather than back to highest although I was told it would be from this morning this would change and support plan go... it sounds like the union has made them keep or stick to it.... will no more in an hour or so.0 -
Morning my friends.
An update on this.... So I was told my my union contact to ask my manager when was my six week support meeting with the PM... He said it was done last week and all the notes are here for the union rep if they want to read it. I then stated to him how my six week review should have been done with a PM as per process. He went quite for a while and told me he would need to speak to her so my support plan will stay as it is for now until then.
I have now come into work (having had yesterday) having had an email stating that there is a new meeting for this Friday with the PM, union rep and my manager.
The union rep also spoke to one of his contacts from another part of the business who is a PM (for same company) and she has confirmed that my PM should now be following the Equality Act as it has been going on for over 12 months the issues I have. The union rep then said it means there is more protection for me now regards them doing more for me if they can rather than just decide to pull the support like they tried to attempt last week.
Any advice on this guys?
It is so frustrating as really from day one process hasn't really been followed and again similar things are happening and if I didn't kick up a fuss and say it's unfair then they would have got away with not following process again.
So fed up of all of this

Just stick with your rep who seems to be on the ball.Rog_Jones_75 wrote: »Morning my friends.

But utlimately you have to understand in the long long term if things don't get better then the employer will at some point look to take things further (most likely a capability procedure), regardless that they probably caused the issues.
Loss of earnings etc will be within your claim.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0
