Why should you be granted this opportunity before other employees?
What the case for you as an individual?
Apart from my colleague who has already had a course a while ago I am the only other in the field, so there's not exactly competition for others with regards to training.
I will investigate costs and go from there Total Mortgage OP £61,000Outstanding Mortgage £27,971Emergency Fund £62,100I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>0 Total Mortgage OP £61,000Outstanding Mortgage £27,971Emergency Fund £62,100I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>0

Help your manager out, if he/she has to go and pitch this to senior management to get sign off, write a business case of what benefits this study would bring to the company, play down the benefits to you.
I have recently signed off some training courses that cost 14k per student with a two year commitment, it massively helped my decision making process when I was presented with a solid business case. In this instance the main benefit is we could charge 30% more for their services post qualification with other benefits such as improved staff retention, staff feel invested in organisation etc0

Thanks for the advice. Good to hear from your personal experience. I will work on a business case and try and focus it on the company's benefits more than mine. My manager is all for it, but you are right, they will have to put the case forward to senior management for sign off.Total Mortgage OP £61,000Outstanding Mortgage £27,971Emergency Fund £62,100I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>0
