I know my property has gone up in value but im worried if i dont sell and move again that i wont be able to afford the next step on the housing ladder
I bought a cheap ex council appartment and in one year it has nearly doubled to 100G
what is the best way to make use of this increase, stay put or keep moving
What are the advantages of remortaging ??? can this be useful ???
has anyone and thoughts or opinions on the matter

How do you see your property? Dream home or investment?
I always had a plan to keep trading up until retirement, then to sell & trade down. But I now find myself in my dream home in my 40s. Only way I'm going out of here is in a wooden box
Think carefully about what you want from a property, especially if it's the only one you own and you have to live in it too
Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac
