Saturday 30th May and my pension hasn't hit my bank account!!

İt is now a day after it should have arrived in my bank account and being a weekend it wont arrive until Monday at the earliest. İt has never happened before and i am concerned about my Aviva pension payment....i live abroad and have never contacted Aviva in the 15 years the pension has been in force!!..anyone know anything??

Sorry to hear that your Pension hasn't reached your account. In this situation I can refer to our Pensions team and request they investigate what's happened and contact you to discuss things.

If you want to wait until Monday that's fine, but feel free to email me at social@aviva.co.uk with the following:

• Your full name
• Date of birth
• Postcode
• Policy number
• Contact tel number with a good time to call (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am - 2pm UK time)
• Your MSE username so I can tie your email to this post

As soon as I receive this I'll do all I can to help.

Aviva's service has been awful since 6th April.... i'm talking specifically about their Platform (called Aviva Wrap).

I have had 6 or so clients transfer to them over the last 6 weeks and none have been resolved. 1 of which the paperwork has gone missing.

Great stuff.
