Did you get a receipt for the termination payment? It may be worth taking that with you to the offices. As for your housemates, I would have thought that once you had paid a termination fee, they became liable for sorting out the CT (regardless of whether they are eligible - I have always had to either prove I was a student, or arrange for the payment details).Natwest OD - Start: £1,500 Current: £1,500 | Creation Loan - Start: £2,152.33 Current: £2,082.90 | Barclaycard CC - Start: £5,242.42 Current: £5,416.45 | Novuna Loan - Start: £8,598.43 Current: £8,366.04 | Tesco CC - Start: £9,420.22 Current: £9,885 | Northridge Car - Start: £15,584 Current: £15,017

My housemates change everytime. I don't have a stable housemate. It's just me.. I have an email with the receipt. But how i should justify the fact that i didn't pay till now in the last three months?0

How many people live in the property at any one time rosiulia?
Do you rent and pay just for a room in the property? or do you and some others rent the whole property?
Who do you pay your rent to? the owner of the property? or someone else who lives in the property?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Me and a girl live in the property. She is here for a few months. She doesn't know anything about this stuff.. But two weeks ago a guy who lived here from the moment i walked in in july 2014 , return his country. I pay the rent to a private landlord. But the property it's rented from an agency by this landlord. I always pay the rent. I collect money from the people who are in the house, this girl wants to bring his partner. I live by mi own. And the contract of the rental is not in my name. The guy who rented the property has a deal with the landlord, to keep the house occupied , no matter what happens. Which is illegal i know. I wanted to move out this month, but I can't as i have this problem. If i remain alone in the house i pay the rent by my own, but if someone needs a place to stay, which usually are girls who struggle finding something at a good price. And i don't know what to do. I wanted to call tomorrow but i'm afraid they will ask to pay in full and i cannot afford it, I don't want to have problems with the law. I'm not even 20.. I just want to work here for a while and the return to my country to keep going with my studies which ironically are, to become a judge.. This will ruin my whole life. And I cannot imagine what my parents will think.. As they didn't want me to come here.0

Sounds like you may need to collect more money from the people in the house to cover their share of this too. Hard with the person who has left, but if some of the bill relates to a time you were out of the country and not renting there it should be possible to get that bit taken out of your name. But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

This girl who is with me now.. She doesn't work. She doesn't have any money.. Especially for this. I tried to talk with the people who lived here. And their response was that it is in my name and I should deal with it. Nobody can help me, and I don't have any economies. I don't have any resources, just my income. Which is very limited. What should i tell the council when I will call them?0
