Solar Pv for park home?

Hi all, my sister is in the process of buying a park home. It does not have mains gas, so potentially there would be a big advantage in using solar to heat hot water. Now putting aside issues such as whether the roof could take the weight, does anyone know if solar pv on a park home qualifies for FIT?
The home does not seem to have an EPC presumably as it does not need one, but does this mean it cannot get Fit at the higher rate?

The likely issue you'll be up against is that typically, the park home will be on a sub meter?
Weightwise shouldn't be a problem, depending on the mounting system used, but it would need a careful check.4kWp, SSE, SolarEdge P300 optimisers & SE3500 Inverter, in occasionally sunny Corby, Northants.
Now with added Sunsynk 5kw hybrid ecco inverter & 15kWh Fogstar batteries. Oh Octopus Energy too.0
