Money Way - Pay Day Loan wont send F&F
*please amend title THE MONEY SHOP*
3 years ago I borrowed from the Money Shop and I have no paid off the debt since. I had 4 loans with them paid the first 3 and had trouble with the 4th.
I'm presuming, I took out £187 and now they want £270 as this is what is stated on my credit file.
Am due a little bit of money and clearing off as many Debtors as possible (lowest price first) each debt is defaulted and will be Full and Final settlement.
I have arranged 2 Full and final settles in writing with 2 Debtors. however Moneyway agreed on paying £187 as a settlement but will not send me this in writing? They wont even send me out the signed copy of the agreement?
any ideas on next step?
thanks

When you say they won't send a copy of the agreement. Have you done a formal request under the consumer credit act with a £1 fee?
They don't have to send a signed copy by the way.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
