Terms and Conditions

Anyone participating in the Promotion agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions.
1. The promoter is Prezzybox.com
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 03 June 2015 (09.00 / GMT) and ends on 17 June 2015 (17.00 / GMT) (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries submitted after 17 June 2014 will not be accepted.
3. Prizes. One winner will receive:
   • A Transfomer Book Chi T100
   • A pair of tickets to attend Spandau Ballet Concert on 09 July at the Eden Sessions
   • £200 contribution to travel expenses
   • YHA Snoozebox accommodation / 1 night 09 July / based on 2 sharing
4. The prize does not include:
   • Any additional travel expenses
   • Travel insurance
   • Any additional travel expenses
   • Spending money or incidental costs (such as meals, telephone calls, etc.)
5. Eligibility.
   • Open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 or older at the time of entry and who have access to the internet. Void where prohibited by local law.
   • Employees of Prezzybox, Prezzybox.com (or any affiliate) or agencies involved with this Promotion, or members of their immediate family, as are any other individuals professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible.
   • Only one entry per person
   • No purchase necessary
   • Online entry only, internet access is required to enter
   • Entries must be submitted [entry route]
   • Entries received by any other means (e.g. email) will be rejected.
   • Prezzybox reserves the right to take all reasonable action to protect against fraud or other illegal conduct, including, without limitation, verifying proof of purchase, age and identity.
6. The Winner.
   • The winner will be selected at random from all entries received.
   • The winner will be notified by email to their entry email address within 3 working days of the competition closing date.
7. General.
   • a) Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of delivery or entry.
   • b) Prezzybox accepts no responsibility for entries which are lost, corrupted or are not received by the Prezzybox for any technical, delivery or other reason whatsoever
   • c) Prezzybox reserves the right to reject winning claims that supply incomplete or incorrect information.
   • d) The prize is subject to availability.
   • e) There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
   • f) Prezzybox retains the right to substitute any prize with another prize of an equal or greater value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond Prezzybox reasonable control.
   • g) If a potential winning Participant cannot be contacted or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. An unclaimed prize may not be awarded.
   • h) Winner's details (name only) will be available for 3 months only by sending an SAE to Prezzybox Ltd. Hollybank Farm House, Austrey, Warwickshire, CV9 3EW
   • j) To the fullest extent possible in law, Prezzybox and its affiliates accept no liability for any damage, loss, liability, injury, cost or expense incurred or suffered in connection with the Promotion (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence), provided that the above shall not exclude the liability of Prezzybox or its affiliates for any such liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law (including death or personal injury as a result of negligence), where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by applicable law.
   • k) The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or amend this Promotion if any circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, with no liability to Participants or third parties, but will use all reasonable efforts to minimise the effect to Participants to avoid disappointment.
   • l) Prezzybox, save to the extent that disclosure might be required by law, will keep confidential all information about the entrants and shall not disclose or share any information which they learn about the entrant.
   • m) The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
