Deposit money from abroad? Help please

My fiance and I would like to buy a house in the UK. She is from Brazil and I am a UK citizen. Can she send her money over to the UK to put it towards the deposit on a house? The mortgage will just be in my name as she is currently working in Brazil and not a UK tax payer.

Thanks for the reply. What if the money was put into my parents account who are also helping out and simply added to there money as a 'gift'?
Also, if we were married would this not change things?0
