I'm just wondering what I can do to stop them from sending me so many letters as they are being paid by my DMP company. I've phone , email you name it I've done it to tell them that are in a agreement with my DMP company, can someone please help me with this matter. thanks :)

    Hi

    Who is your DMP with?

What do the letters they are sending say? how long have you been on the DMP? how frequently are they sending letters?

What effect is them sending letters having? If it's just annoying , then file them. If you've told them until you're blue in the face then just ignore it. If, on the other hand they are continuing to add interest and charges months and months down the line then I would look at complaining. I'd write (either a typed letter printed out and sent in the post or hand written), to them and mark it complaints in big letters, maybe underlined so it goes to the right department. Explain you are not happy with the continued charges etc.
If you still don't get any joy you can refer it to the ombudsman but you must have exhausted the companies internal complaints procedure first. It doesn't sound like your email/phone calls have neccesarily been marked as a complaint and that you are just phoning/emailing asking the to change your address. Clearly it's time to ramp it up and actually complain.

    Hi

A creditor can still contact you while you’re in a DMP so as the others have suggested, how you deal with it will depend on how often they’re contacting you and what they’re contacting you about.

If they’re still asking you for payments despite taking payments from your DMP provider you will certainly have grounds to complain.
