Opi Gel Nails

I'm hoping my nails will continue to grow at their normal speed and be smooth before three months.
I've just come back from an afternoon party ( lots of grandad children with the adults). So I painted my nails yo look decent. I can still see that they are bumpy, though.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

I have a sensationail lamp too and do my own.
They also sell something called nail shields which are like a wrap that you gel over the top. They then just lift off to remove, and seriously it means gel removal in minutes and fab condition nails.
I've found my manicure doesn't last quite as long (maybe 9-10 days) but I'm ok with that as I like a change
Didn't know OPI did gel too - off to look...Bossymoo

Gel nails only lasted about 5 days on me before they started to look tatty, I've been told its to do with the natural oils in your skin/nails, normal polish doesn't even get to the end of the day before its chipped, however, I have seen the light and now have gel extensions which I get painted and set with a French manicure that can be painted over if I want to, I can use the cheapest polish and it never ever chips. Also, my lovely technician taught me how to maintain the tips so I can make them stretch to 8 weeks before needing a new set, its one of my favourite beauty treatments I have and a revelation to have nice long nails after years of struggling to grow them even a little bit
