I want to treat my OH (special occasion) to a trip to manchester and to see wicked musical i have planed this late and the only tickets left at the lowry in Manchester on the days we can do are in the upper circle row b and maybe some far left or right in the circle. I have not been to any show let alone at the lowry are these seats to far away or are they ok? also does anyone know any good romantic hotels in manchester? any help would be great.

The upper circle isn't too far away from the stage!


The Lowry is in Salford, about 5 miles away from the centre of Manchester - about 30 mins on the tram. You might like to look at hotels in Salford too.

You have to click the date you want - it's just for Upper Circle.

It's super easy on the tram - I go to the Lowry about once a month and never have any trouble with transport. There are a lot of nice hotels - maybe try lastminute.com - all the big chains are there: Hilton, Malmaison, Q Hotels and more depending on your budget!

We sat in Row A of the upper circle for both wicked and matilda (different theatres tho). Both were great seats. Enjoy.
