This one doesn't say that you have to live within the M25 so as long as you can get to London I would say it's ok to enter.

Eligibility and Taking Part in the Competition

1. In order to enter the Competition, you and the companion you choose to accompany you when taking the Prize (as defined in paragraph 8) must:

(a) be residents of the UK or Isle of Man;

(b) be 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and will be required before the Prize can be taken;

(c) not be an employee (or an immediate family member living at the same address of any employee) of any of the Camelot Group of Companies* (“Camelot”), the Gambling Commission, certain contractors of Camelot as well as anyone else professionally connected with the Competition (including, without limitation, NDL);

(d) be able to take the Prize on Friday 29th May 2015 (being the day after the Competition Period ends) (a winner will lose their entitlement to the Prize if they are not available on this date.

Entering the Competition

2. The Competition will open at 10.30am on Thursday 28 May 2015 and close at 4pm on Thursday 28 May 2015 (the “Competition Period”)*. To enter the Competition you must, during the Competition Period, either:

(a) Tweet @TNLUK containing the hashtag #UpgradeMyView and a picture of your current view;

(b) Upload a picture of your current view on the competition post on Facebook; or

(c) Post a picture of your current view on Instagram tagging @tnluk and using the hashtag #UpgradeMyView.

The Prize

7. There is one prize available to be won, which is one night’s stay at the five-star Shangri La Hotel in The Shard at 31 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 9QU, to be taken on Friday 29 May 2015 (the “Prize”). The Prize is based on 2 adults sharing a deluxe city view room with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Check in is at 3pm on Friday 29th May and check out is 12noon on Saturday 30th May 2015.

8. Reasonable transport costs to and from the hotel are included. Except for breakfast on the morning of the 30th May 2015, meals are not included.

The winner will be the first entry selected at random from all valid entries into the Draw.
