Dont even start me about fouling. Someone said at the start about a few irresponsible owners spoiling it for everyone, but my experience is that more people will let the dirt lie rather than lift it. I dont think enough is being done to stop this and make people accountable
This might happen in some places, but most dog owners lift up after their dogs. I used to walk my dog for years and hardly ever saw a dog poo on the pavement and their were dozens of dog owners who regularly walked their dog near where I lived.
In fact it just takes one irresponsible dog-owner to not lift up after their dog for it to appear as if half the dog owners are doing the same in my view. A few years ago dog poo started to appear on my regular dog walking route. The sudden appearance of this dog mess coincided with the time a new resident appeared with a dog. He must have been caught as it stopped happening after about a month. But for a month the pavements appeared to be covered in the stuff.0
