Hi all
I currently have £22K of my deposit in my Nationwide current account + £2K fees (will increase by £500+ per month). I will be looking to get a mortgage in the next 6 months. Are the any decent places to save this money so that i have easy access to it but also not a miserable % as i've seen some products at just 1% if you want instant access.

Buy Premium Bonds with your £20K and if you win big then you wont need a mortgage...if you win small you would of beaten a lot of the best paying interest raste accounts, if you dont win a bean, then you will only miss out on 1 or 2 bargain buckets worth of interest anyway.
Good lucks"Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
