i am aged 30 and am self-employed.I earn a minimum of 15,000 a year.I was looking to buy in shared ownership an appartment.I am also a first-time buyer and am needing a morgage
.Would i qualify into getiing a morgage and where would be the best place to get one?
The shared ownership is 50/50 % with housing association and rent due every month as well. The appartment is 100,000 so i would need morgage for 50,000.I could easily pay the morgage and rent but i am unsure where to ask for morgage. I Just wanted this to get my own first place, somewhere to start off:T ...any ideas, thanks:rotfl:
