Quick question re NRAM... I have a together mortgage made up of unsecured loan 12k mortgage £75k and a secured loan 70k. In 2012 we received a refund of interest on a unsecured loan following the Blunder with the letters re CCA.
NRAM are now in court regarding the CCA wording on loans above £25k but is this purely unsecured loans or will it effect secured loans too?
Not sure if this is the right place for such a post but any help would be welcome.
Thanks
