Mortgage after completing house purchase

Hi all
As the title says I'm looking to get a mortgage on a property after buying it in cash.
Will only want around 50% mortgage- does anybody know of any lenders who don't push the six month waiting period?

    Theres a few but its not common.

    Best thing to do would be to go through a full fact find with a broker to determine if a lender is siitable for you

    yes, mortgage brokers do.
