1. Free Prize Draw open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees, their families, friends, their agencies, contractors or anyone professionally associated with Forever Sports (The Promoter), Monarch or La Manga Club.
2. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn after the closing date (11.59, 15th June 2015)
3. No purchase necessary.
4. One entry per person.
5. Entries may not be made in bulk or via a third party.
6. The prize must be taken by December 31, 2015, is subject to availability and excludes UK public bank holidays and school holidays.
7. Flights are offered strictly subject to availability and may not be available on all dates on all flights during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, school and Bank Holidays.

The prize is a three-night break for two people at La Manga Club’s Hotel Pr!ncipe Felipe including two rounds of golf per person, complimentary use of the five-star Spa La Manga Club and access to its saunas, steam rooms, indoor pool and gym. 12. Prize winners are responsible for paying for each piece of hold baggage taken. Current prices are available on our website. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge no bigger than 56 x 40 x 25cm.

13. The winner is responsible for all expenses and arrangements
(such as but not limited to flight extras, in-flight meals, pre-allocated seats, accommodation, meals, spending money and transportation to and from the departing and destination airport) not specifically included in the prize.
14. Monarch accepts no liability for use of the Prize or any loss or damage which may arise from the competition or use of the prize. All Prize winners and their companions fully indemnify Monarch Airlines Ltd for any and all losses, liability, action, claim, proceeding, judgment, penalty, fine, damages, fee, cost, charge or expense (including, without limitation, legal fees and expenses) brought, claimed or asserted against Monarch Airlines or for which Monarch Airlines may be liable as a result of this competition or of taking or using the Prize.

18. Prize winners must ensure that they have the correct travel documentation and obtain the relevant Visas. Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the Winner. 20. It is a condition of entry to the Free Prize Draw that these rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Entries that are found to contravene these Terms and Conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of competition. In the event that the entry of a winner is declared null and void, the judges shall select an alternative winner.
21. Entrants will automatically be subscribed to Forever Sports, La Mange Club and Monarch’s marketing lists upon accepting the terms and conditions of entry. 23. The Promoter cannot accept any liability for any technical issues on The Webpage including, but not limited to, website downtime, hosting or server errors.
24. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, address, telephone number, email address and date of birth, and agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to partake.
25. The winners will be notified by email and asked to provide a daytime telephone number and postal address to redeem their prize. The phone number and postal address will not be used for marketing purposes.
26. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed or “junked” email communications, nor can it accept responsibility for inaccurate or incomplete email addresses.
27. The Free Prize Draw will open Tuesday 19th May.
28. The Free Prize Draw will close 11.59 16th June 2015.
29. The draw itself will take place week commencing 22nd June. Please allow up to 28 days for the winner to be contacted.
30. An independent agent will select the winner. The winner will be picked at random.
31. The winner has 28 days to claim their prize from the date the notification email is sent. After this period the judges shall choose an alternative winner.
32. The prize cannot be modified and there are no cash alternatives.
