Setting Up a Business

Hi Guys

I'm hoping for some business help if anyone could offer it?

I have just finished uni and am working freelance and want to set up a private limited company. I also run a website that i want to attach to this private company and wondered if this is what is classed as an umbrella company?

So I have been onto companies house and I am unsure what to set the company name as, my freelance name or the website name. I'd prefer to do it under the freelance name and then attach the website to it but can somebody guide me on what would be best to do and how to do it.

Would i need to set both companies up or just the one? if its just the freelance company how do i attach the website to it?

Thanks
Andy
