Gift Aid and stating on SA 14/15

I hope one of you lovelies can help me with a small query.
I recently completed my OH's SA for the 14/15 year online. It was only when I printed it off that I saw there was a question about Gift Aid.
I'd recently completed a Gift Aid form on his behalf for the lovely BHF. We received an email from them in March this year to say we had raised £102.76 in (goods) donations which, with tax, had increased to around £128.
My OH paid tax at the higher rate for 14/15. Should I have declared the £102.76 on the SA? I've never had to declare Gift Aid for him before as we only signed up to Gift Aid at the latter part of last year.
Cheers, Birdy.

Yes, it should be included.
His basic rate band will be extended by the £128 and therefore he will pay 20% less tax on this amount.0 -
