Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a property on a Bank of Ireland First Start Mortgage which I bought in 2007. I have consent to let on the property and currently get £975 per month vs my repayments of £850.00 a month.
My current interest rate is BOI SVR which s 4.99% The property is worth £50k more than I paid for it and the difference between what I paid and the outstanding balance is £20k
Can anyone recommend a decent BTL mortgage ?

Not without doing a full fact find. And certainly not with the info in your post Im afraid.

£117K at 4.99% over 17 years is £851.90 a month!!
If the property is worth £167,000 you should be able to find a " whole of market mortgage broker who deals in BTL mortgages" and he/she can find you a mortgage lender0
