heat win but no win and no reply from them

So sat there reading heat magazine I noticed my letter was star letter. I was so happy and I had won 4 tickets to the rugby in London worth over £130 anyways as I have children and live in Devon I was thinking of how to get there ans what not..... But heard nothing from them and the day I was ment to go went by and nothing.... So I won star letter and had no win at all nothing....
Gutted I have emailed. Twitter and facebooked them!
