Accessing an old DRO

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way of finding out what debts were included on a DRO from 2012? I've just been checking my credit report for the first time in years and have found an old 'shop direct' debt still active from 2009, which I'm sure I would have included in the DRO.

Not without contacting the Insolvency Service I'm afraid.
They should be able to send you a copy of the order free of charge once you contact them, even if they give you the info there and then worth getting a copy if misplaced

Hi,


Your DRO application will still be in the database of the actual person (the Intermediary) who submitted the DRO for you, so you should contact the specific office who assisted you. Of course the advice above (Contact the DRO unit) is of equal merit.
