I've been using this since mid Jan - have lost 2 stone, so really pleased and am now at the weight I'd like to maintain.
However, I'd like to be able to reduce my calories on 3/4 days a week (down to around 1500 which is what I've had for last few months), then increase to 2000 on other days to allow me a few extra treats while maintain my weight.
(Historically I'm a yo-yo dieter, have always used WW but then as soon as I've hit Goal, have stopped going and slowly put weight back on). This is the first time I've done it myself (with aid of MFP and a Fitbit) and so determined.
It looks like MFP will change all days (past & previous) if you amend your settings to losing/maintaining etc. I'd love to be able to say at beginning of week which were 'lean' days just to try and focus my mind and keep on track this time.
Does anyone know of any apps that are this flexible?
Thanks & good luck to all those dieting

You can still use it to monitor your eating, just make a mental note which days you are having more calories and which days you are having less. That's what I do0
