Mortgage help- was in debt now repaying it

So I need some help, I am now selling my house complicated family issue and I will get around 130k equity. I am planning to clear all my debt and my monthly income is 3k after tax a month. But I got into bad debt and have defaults from a few years ago with Payplan, but planning to repay in full. I will be living with my husband and he is paying all the bills so I can save the 3k a month. But I would like to buy somewhere. Somewhere where the mortgage I will need could cover my income and LTV will be below 70%. I know lenders are srict any idea how long i would have to wait to get a mortgage ?
