Wilsons not paying mortgages

Hi everyone, I understand that there's a block of flats in Maidstone which is 80% owned by the Wilsons. They haven't been making mortgage payments for a while and the Mortgage Corporation have reprocessed it.
The tenants only found out last week and they have to vacate by the end of the month. Not sure how that's going to happen......

Maybe they were too busy in court sorting out their fines for not paying council tax on some of their vacant properties to remember to pay the bills?

Further to that, they appear to be busy stopping anyone with the name "wilson" renting from them after another court judgement for none payment of bills. All too confusing see. Apparently the bills he get's could well be the tenants and not his. Afterall, he has a client with the surname "Wilson", so how on earth is he supposed to know whos bill is whos!?
The forename may well give a clue - but ohhhh, alll far too confusing.

Unfortunately, as much as we'd all like them to spend their retirement in a pokey, rented, 1-bed flat, with the sort of landlord they proved to be .... the reality is they'll walk away comfortable. Even if the whole lot were repossessed ... they'd still have two good teachers' pensions to live on.0 -

They are probably not down to their last £100m yet, so I wouldn't worry too much about them.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
