Fish is The Dish
National Barbecue Week starts on 25 May this year and seafood is great to cook up on the barbecue! For the whole of BBQ week we will be running a fab competition so that one lucky winner can bag an amazing luxury barbecue to cook up a delicious seafood feast on.
Fish is the Dish has a huge range of recipes for the barbie, everything including squid, mackerel, salmon and snapper. Take a look at our BBQ recipe section for inspiration! Now we just have to keep our fingers crossed for the weather...
Our competition which is running until Sunday 31 May 23.59 gives you the chance to win a luxury BBQ and all you have to do is answer the following question:
What kind of seafood can you cook on the BBQ?
